Job Overview

SITE ADMINISTRATOR required for a commercial retail centre to assist with administrative and some accounting duties.

Candidates must have sound reception and administrative experience, basic accounting skills to include accounts receivable and accounts payable, experience preparing work orders and basic maintenance requests.

Advanced Microsoft Office and Yardi required.  Candidates must possess exceptional communication and inter-personal skills.  You will inter-face with tenants, trades, contractors etc. in this front end customer service position.
